Gare des Années Folles| Sleeping in a real Orient Express railway carriage in Lille

In fact in the French city where you can get there by Eurostar Train on the border with Belgium’s Gare des annees folles is located a unique accommodation called Sailly sur la Lys which offers its guests a Wagon Hotel for a trip property in a very luxurious car of the 30s.

There are seven rooms covered with precious woods and inlays which will welcome you at Orient Express, a real museum piece which is unique and precious in order to spend one or more nights. The car was anchored on the tracks of the old station of Bac S. Maur, surrounded by vegetation and trees that provide a beautiful view from the windows and a relaxing atmosphere.

The seven rooms have two bathrooms with shared shower, a terrace, a dining conversation and parking available. The single cab costs 42 Euros per night while the bed gets to 92 Euros. To fully enjoy the journey you can still order a bottle of champagne (35 €), a bouquet of flowers (20 euro) or a basket of local products (22 euro). Breakfast is aside and costs EUR 7 per person.
