What to see in Croatia: the small Venetian jewel of Trogir

Trogir, the center of the ancient Trogir is situated on a small island, guarding a narrow arm of the sea, and the memory of the history, grandeur and splendour- the Republic of Venice.

In its narrow walls of the Croatian city, in a few square kilometers, including an airy overall cleaning and long and narrow sea and fresh medieval streets, it is made a high concentration of art and beauty and has always been protected by its inhabitants, and now also by UNESCO. Medieval streets wind through the enchanting Trogir, including a restaurant and a gift shop, views are truly captivating and able to charm even the most distracted. The wide promenade that stretches around the city which ends in the harbor full of sailboats waiting to set sail to nearby islands. And in addition there are the spectacular Venetian Cathedral of St. Lovro, the town hall of the 15th century, the Church of St. John the Baptist with its gorgeous carved portal, and the castle of Carmelengo.

You should go even just for a short break of half a day, if our goal is the nearby Sibenik (40 miles), a walk through the streets and clubs in Trogir will leave you with a sense of happiness, for stopping by and having visited.
