If you are a tourism professional or simply you love traveling, you’ll probably want to know what are the dates of the 2014 Fitur. Indeed, the new edition of FITUR 2014 tourism fair held annually in Madrid takes place from 22 to 26 of January, with the first three days dedicated to professional tourism and during the weekend, on the 25th and 26th of January, it is also open to the general public. The aim of the organization of Fitur 2014 is building on the momentum of the recovery of the tourism activity in Spain and this has reflected in the new edition of the fair.
Moreover, between 2014 Fitur activities already announced, will take place in new editions of Fiturtech and Forum Fitur Green. Also new editions to be held are the Fitur LGBT and Gay Investour Africa, dedicated to tourism business and investment in Africa.
I remember that the Fitur 2013 edition had 9,000 exhibitors and 207,000 visitors who attended the show, of which 116,000 were tourism professionals. All figures were somewhat lower than those of 2012.
