The most famous city in Croatia is Dubrovnik. You can go to Dubrovnik very easy by car, airplane or by ferry from Italy.
For those who want to spend their holidays on the Adriatic and would like to see historical monuments, they must visit the most interesting city in the whole world. In Dubrovnik you can admire the medieval walls that surround the old town, the church of S.Biagio , the towers , the historical churches and the many historical buildings. I really enjoyed walking on the walls, watching the amazing view over the red roofs of the city. I think that vacations in Dubrovnik are for every kind of person, for those who want to have fun and for those who want to enjoy peacefully their vacations.
However, Dubrovnik offers luxury accommodations in the 5-star hotels were you can enjoy luxury meals and luxury designs. You can also find villas, apartments, rooms for rent and campsites. You can find restaurants, taverns, weird night clubs and classic bars for all types.
The prices in some restaurants are quiet expensive so if you have a low budget you should try to find a cheap restaurant or a pub. Every tourist that visits Dubrovnik should visit the island of Lokrum were you can see beautiful beaches and the most magical landscapes. You can also find some summer music festivals and theater performances – they take place in the roads of the old town in the summer, so it will be wise to visit Dubrovnik in that time of the year.
The moment that you will enjoy the most will be the lunch time. The locals will make you try traditional meals and give you old recipes, you will enjoy the variety of strong drinks and the beautiful view that this ancient city offers.
