In the same hotel spent the first night of their marriage and John F. Kennedy with Jackie, who stayed in the Suite 36H Waldorf Towers. The royal suite was chosen from the Duke of Windsor, when after his resignation from the royal throne spent a few moments in this passion with the woman he had fallen in love vehemently. This suite continues and remains one of the most sought after places for elite and rich guests luxurious hotel.
Heathman Hotel, Portland, Oregon
The historic Heathman Hotel in Portland, Oregon reported 16 times in the bestselling book Fifty shades of gray. Travellers from around the world looking to revive some of the scenes described in it. In Heathman left even the: Andy Warhol, Dudley Moore and Johnny Cash but the hotel manager did not reveal who the person accompanying them.
Ritz-Carlton Montreal, Montreal
At the Ritz-Carlton Montreal became the first marriage of Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton in 1964, who informed the leaders just two hours earlier. According to a representative of the hotel, the famous couple arrived at the historic hotel and asked for two boxes with 24 champagne glasses. So for their wedding, and for the first night as a married couple that Taylor and Burton chose the luxurious royal suite of 12 rooms, which had a marble fireplace in the master bedroom and was decorated with opulent antiques.
Hacienda Del Sol, Tucson, Arizona
Although the Hacienda Del Sol was built in 1929 as a girls school for families Vanderbilt, Pillsbury and Westinghouse among others, 1948 turned into a hostel. It was so romantic that Spencer Tracy and Katherine Hepburn often resorted the house Casita Grande from 1948 until the 1950’s. Today, the resort has 30 luxury private lodges and guesthouses in an area of 34 acres.
