This year, the honor of presenting their own work to be exhibited in the Serpentine Gallery Pavilion, was given to the Japanese architect Sou Fujimoto, known for the style and illuminated light of his works, which he presented yesterday in London. 357 square feet of lawn in front of the museum, by utilizing a lattice of steel poles, with a cafe located inside, which should entice visitors that are invited to delve into the work, which will remain on display until October the 20th .
The Serpentine Gallery is an art gallery that is located in Kensington Gardens, which with Hyde Park, Green Park and St. James’s Park, form a large park in the center of London, which Londoners like to call the green lung.
The Gallery exhibits works of modern and contemporary art and its exhibits from the didactic and popular attract around 750,000 visitors a year. Admission is free. To get there take the metro station Lancaster Gate on the Central Line (red line) or South Kensington District Line (Green Line), Circle Line (yellow line) and Piccadilly Line (the blue line).
