2Have a sense of humour
There’s a completely inaccurate perception that all the people in the Middle East are incredibly serious and mean all of the time, this tends to apply more to the Arab men than the women. This of course completely untrue, Arabs have a great sense of humour but like everyone else there’s certain limits on what can be deemed funny or not so try to use your best judgement before you accidently make a faux pas.
