In 2006, the sell-out show ‘Fuerzabruta’ really took the world by storm. After participating in a highly successful trial run in 2012, the production is now heading to London once again for an extended 2013 run. The Roundhouse Theatre will be presenting this unmissable event from December 23rd until March 2nd 2014.
What is Fuerzabruta?
Those who have never heard of this show before are in for a real treat. Be prepared for stunning, impressive visuals along with unbelievable acts. Just two things you can expect from this show include a man running through various walls at full force and a water world that is suspended literally just above the audience. You’ll be drawn into this magical experience and all of your senses will be triggered.
There will also be amazing acrobatic stunts performed. One thing you need to be aware of is this show isn’t suitable for young children and it will also heavily feature strobe lighting and water. Therefore, if these are issues for you, you may not enjoy the show.
Another thing you need to expect from this event is noise as it’s an upbeat, club style performance. So, if you’re expecting to sit back and listen to relaxing sounds of classical music or even just pure silence you’ll be in for a shock! It’s a fun show that mainly attracts the younger crowds.
The Roundhouse Theatre
It’s worth going along to this show to see the brand new look of the Roundhouse Theatre. After re-opening its doors to reveal a brand new refurbished look, the theatre is now ready to delight audiences over the festive period.
It’s taken a huge £27 million to get the Roundhouse looking the way it does now. In the 1980’s it was crumbling down and needed major work to stop it from being knocked down. It has a long and colourful history so it’s been welcome news to locals that the building has been saved and refurbished over the years.
