We are north of the capital Prague and the Hotel Ještěd reminiscent of a sharp and high pagoda, on the base of which there are windows that allow people to admire the 360 degree panorama. Designed in the second half of the 60s by the architect K. Hubacek the hotel now has 38 beds divided between 2 suites, 12 double rooms and 5 double low cost to a star.
The hotel can be reached by a cable car, but it works only when the weather allows it (judging from the photos the snow and storms are quite recurring things).
It is considered one of the seven wonders of the Czech Republic, the Jested Hotel allows you to sleep (and even indulge in a good meal accompanied by excellent beer) with a very low cost price: 133 € per night for the family suite with mountain view.
The rooms, unfortunately, seem to have been hibernating in 1970, with a lot of carpet and furniture as will still be nice for a few days to relive the magical atmosphere of those years, being able to come back without too many tribulations.
